At winter you often start missing the waves and start to think how you should keep up the shape for the next set of waves. Especially during freezing winter in Nordic part of the world. (And it really don't help knowing surfer friends are in the 27c water of Costa Rica)
Anyway, so to find some more inspiration for keeping fit for the beach I think it's time to be more and more inspired by Crossfit that been around for a few months now in Sweden. And see what it has to offer to develop endurance and strength...
And btw, the banana milkshake is a good memory from surfing in CR... ;)
