After a tricky period of daily schedule challenges, lack of focus and overview the irregular training got to me. First it did not really bother me, however, today when rebuild it does make reminders...

However, the important thing is the lesson learned. Movement, sports exercise is what will keep you going and healthy.
Healthy is happy.

Don't forget simple workout will keep you happy in this computerized world of sitting down and in meetings...
